packaging.
1.2. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
1.3. We do not accept returns for opened or used skincare products due to hygiene and safety
reasons.
1.4. Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable.

reason for return.
2.2. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or
